1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sleep Tight Hotels website at sleeptighthotels.com and any bookings made through it or by telephone. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Sleep Tight Hotels Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our hotels are Hotel Nineteen (Barnsley) and The Wishing Well (Selby).

2. Reservations & Bookings

2.1 Making a Booking. Reservations can be made online through our booking engine, by telephone, or by email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.

2.2 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. The lead guest named on the booking must be present at check-in.

2.3 Room Allocation. We will do our best to honour specific room requests but cannot guarantee room allocation until check-in. If for any reason we cannot provide your booked room type, we will offer a room of equivalent or higher standard at no additional charge.

3. Rates & Payments

3.1 Pricing. All rates quoted on our website are per room, per night and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Breakfast is included only where specifically stated.

3.2 Payment. Payment is required in full at the time of booking for advance purchase rates. For flexible rates, a valid payment card guarantee is required at the time of booking, with payment taken at check-out.

3.3 Best Rate Guarantee. We guarantee that the rate you receive when booking directly with us is the best available rate. If you find a lower rate on a third-party site for the same room, dates and conditions, contact us and we will match it.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

4.1 Flexible Rates. Unless stated otherwise, flexible rate reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 2pm on the day before arrival. Cancellations received after this time or no-shows will be charged one night's room rate.

4.2 Non-Refundable / Advance Purchase Rates. These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation. The full booking value is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

4.3 Modifications. Requests to modify a flexible booking (dates, room type) are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. Modifications to non-refundable bookings are not permitted.

4.4 Group Bookings. Group bookings of 10 or more rooms are subject to separate group cancellation terms which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. On day of departure, guests failing to vacate by 11:00am without prior agreement may be charged an additional half-night rate.

6. Hotel Rules

6.1 Damage. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Sleep Tight Hotels reserves the right to charge the card on file for any damage.

6.2 Smoking. All our hotels are strictly non-smoking. A deep-cleaning charge of £150 will be applied to any room where smoking is detected.

6.3 Pets. Pets are not permitted unless specifically agreed in advance (guide and assistance dogs are always welcome).

6.4 Conduct. We reserve the right to ask any guest whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, or offensive to other guests or staff to vacate the premises without refund.

7. Liability

Sleep Tight Hotels Ltd's liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in connection with your stay is limited to the value of your booking. We are not responsible for the loss of personal items unless caused by our proven negligence. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for information only and is subject to change without notice. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
